Can a foreigner buy property in Mérida?

Yes. Foreigners can buy property in Mexico, but the process differs from Québec: it runs through a notary, includes title checks and, depending on the location, a bank trust. I work with a trusted network of notary, bank and contractor so each step is checked. This is general information, not legal advice.

Do you work in English, French and Spanish?

Yes, in all three, and we can switch between them in the same conversation.
